Motionode is an AI-powered work management platform built to help teams plan, prioritize, and execute projects more efficiently. My goal was to design an intuitive experience that seamlessly integrated AI into everyday workflows, enabling users to manage tasks, collaborate with teammates, and make informed decisions with minimal cognitive effort. The project focused on balancing powerful functionality with a clean, scalable, and user-centered interface.
Problem
Traditional project management tools often require significant manual effort to organize tasks, prioritize work, and manage resources.
Solution
I designed a clean, productivity-focused experience that made AI-generated insights easy to understand and act upon. The interface emphasized clear visual hierarchy, reusable components, and streamlined workflows to reduce cognitive load and help teams focus on their work.
